Return Eligibility

Return Window: You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a return.

Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, tags, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or final sale products are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Reach Out: Send an email to our support team at support@adoptapepe.com with your order number and reason for return.

Follow Instructions: We’ll reply with a return authorization and detailed steps on how to send the item back.

Prepare the Package: Securely pack your item to prevent damage. Be sure to include your invoice and any relevant documentation.

Return Shipping Info

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For items valued over $60, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refund Details

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to complete the transaction.
